A new NOTAM (A0159/25) issued for Damascus FIR (OSTT) has announced the temporary closure of a segment on route L513 due to operational reasons.
Affected Segment: Route L513 – Between BUSRA DAM and LEBOR
Effective Time:July 16, 2025, from 13:40 UTC to 15:40 UTC (estimated)
Impact:
All flights—IFR and VFR—are restricted from using this segment during the specified time and altitude block (FL000 to FL999).
Operators planning routes through Syrian airspace are advised to check with their flight planning departments and consider rerouting as necessary.
